We bring in only the most effective Certified Professional Resume Writers and Career Coaches in the industry, so they put their skills to the test, but only you can control the postings you apply to and how you do it. As a small business, we work hard to ensure every client feels confident heading into their job search.

After a reasonable amount of time, if you are not getting job search traction, we will make minor adjustments to your new Resume and address additional opportunities that may have been uncovered during your job search.

With technology changing the structure of hiring, we know the importance of creating resumes that please the technical process of hiring as well as the human-to-human one.

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are software programs that work like a resume database. ATS assists companies in their hiring process by reviewing applications quickly and weeding out candidates who do not meet certain requirements.

When a position is posted, the program takes all the submitted applications and screens them based on the resume content that’s included, then files them in a database. When a Hiring Manager is ready to recruit a new employee, they can search the database for keywords to find candidates they want to move forward in the hiring process.

You can expect to hear from your Career Advocate™ in a “Welcome” email within one business day* of ordering your service(s).

As part of our in-depth process, we may ask you to complete a New Client Worksheet or Questionnaire depending on how much information you provide at the very start of your project. You will be prompted after submitting your order to upload any Resumes or supporting documents you have to your account—no matter how outdated and ugly they may be!

Between the Resumes uploaded to your account, the New Client Worksheet, and/or the Questionnaire, your Career Advocate™ will review all of the information provided and discuss it with you during your Spark Session (Discovery Call) if you opt to schedule one.

Of course we do! A Cover Letter can be purchased as a stand-alone service or as an add-on to any Resume Writing Service. This important letter is your introduction as the most qualified candidate on the table, so 90% of our clients ask us to write a killer Cover Letter to accompany their Resume to knock it out of the park! Typically, one Cover Letter that compliments your Resume is sufficient, as we will write one for you that can be easily edited for multiple applications, but if you prefer multiple Cover Letters for various positions, ask us about the discounts we offer for multiple Cover Letters!

We’re in this with you for the long haul and will be here when you decide to make your next move. We recommend updating your Resume every 6-12 months, so you can either choose to update it yourself (and access it by logging into your Career Climb account) or get back in touch with your Career Advocate™ who will be happy to make the updates for a small fee.

Once your original project’s 7-day revision period is wrapped up, additional charges for edits and updates do apply. But don’t worry! You don’t have to start all over when you need a few edits or supplementary pieces. Whether you’re ready for a Salary Negotiation Letter since you’re talking with your dream employer or you need a Thank-You Letter for the interviews you just landed, you can sign into your Career Climb account and choose the add-ons you need so your Career Advocate™ can get write to work again.
