After a reasonable amount of time, if you are not getting job search traction, we will make minor adjustments to your new Resume and address additional opportunities that may have been uncovered during your job search.

With technology changing the structure of hiring, we know the importance of creating resumes that please the technical process of hiring as well as the human-to-human one.

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are software programs that work like a resume database. ATS assists companies in their hiring process by reviewing applications quickly and weeding out candidates who do not meet certain requirements.

When a position is posted, the program takes all the submitted applications and screens them based on the resume content that’s included, then files them in a database. When a Hiring Manager is ready to recruit a new employee, they can search the database for keywords to find candidates they want to move forward in the hiring process.

As part of our in-depth process, we may ask you to complete a New Client Worksheet or Questionnaire depending on how much information you provide at the very start of your project. You will be prompted after submitting your order to upload any Resumes or supporting documents you have to your account—no matter how outdated and ugly they may be!

Between the Resumes uploaded to your account, the New Client Worksheet, and/or the Questionnaire, your Career Advocate™ will review all of the information provided and discuss it with you during your Spark Session (Discovery Call) if you opt to schedule one.
